1. Imaging: MRI, and/or CT, and/or Angio
2. planning/computer simulated treatment,
3. Setup and treat, two different fixations:
   1. If frame, fixed to the table and treat;
   2. If mask needed:
      • making mask
      • localization CBCT
      • planning finalize
      • Tx CBCT, then treat
